Don
Dougherty, Owner
began his career as an apprentice electrician in 1988 at Local
98, IBEW. After graduating the apprentice school, he proved
himself to be one of the local's elite foremen on area projects.
He soon after established Dougherty Electric, which quickly
rose to be one of the Philadelphia Region's top electrical
contracting firms. In 1998, Don again expanded his business
to include a telecommunications division, which has since
proven to be another successful endeavor for Dougherty Electric |

Mark
A. DeRocini, Vice President of Operations, began his career
in 1982 working in one of the area's largest electrical supply
companies. His 20+ years' work experience as a foreman/estimator/project
manager on various jobs with estimated values ranging from
$10,000 to$10,000,000 (such as Curran Fromhold Correctional
Facility in Philadelphia, West Trenton Psychiatric Facility
in Trenton, NJ and the Residence Inn by Marriott in Philadelphia)
made Mark one of the top project managers in the entire Delaware
Valley. Mark oversees all aspects of day to day operations.

Joe
Davis, Vice President of Construction, has been in the
business for 15+ years. He started with Dougherty Electric
as a foreman and quickly elevated to project manager due to
his expert knowledge of the electrical industry. One of his
many accomplishments includes the total renovation of the
Warwick Towers, a 22-story, 580-room hotel in down town Philadelphia.
Joe's responsibilities include managing manpower to all Dougherty
jobs. |

Michael
Chwieroth, Project Manager, brings
24 years of experience to Dougherty. A member of the Local
98, Mike has many major accomplishments in the industry. A
sampling of those include: serving as general foreman for
a main power distribution changeover at HUP, being the systems
foreman for the Center City Marriott, the 2 Commerce Square
building, the 2 Logan building, and the renovation of the
PSFS building. Mike holds Philadelphia and New Jersey electrical
contractor's licenses and is currently enrolled in Drexel
University's degree program for construction management. |

Jack
Morley, Project Manager, has been a member of Dougherty
Electric, Inc. since its inception. As a project manager,
his many duties include estimating, bid development, material
and equipment purchase, management of labor, and permits.

George
Moffatt, Project Manager, has over 17 years experience
in the electrical industry. George started with the Local
98's apprentice program in 1986 and has since escalated through
the ranks of journeyman, foreman, and estimator into his current
position. His vast contacts in the industry combined with
a first-hand knowledge of the work done on projects provide
George the capabilities to meet our customers' needs the Dougherty
Way- right on the job. |

Ron
Kaczmarek, Purchasing Manager, has been in the electrical
construction industry for 30+ years. With experience in manufacturing,
distribution and construction, Ron adds a wealth of information
and a long list of supply sources to Dougherty Electric's
operations. |

Steven
Pollack, CFO. A 1991 graduate of Temple University and
certified public accountant since 1994, Steve's 10 plus years
of experience include 5 with Coopers & Lybrand and 4 more
with Villanova University. His responsibilities include all
financial matters of the company including but not limited
to, securing of bonding for projects requiring bonding, insurance,
accounts payable and receivables for the company.

Anthony
Vitucci, Assistant Controller, has been with Dougherty since January of 2001. His duties include but are not
limited to all aspects employee payroll, job costing
of labor, and management of the company web site and other
non-trade accounts. He reports directly to Steve Pollack and
assists also with union analysis and reporting. Anthony is
a 1999 graduate of Villanova University. |
